4. Client Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content, files, and materials you provide to Aspen Ridge Labs. Aspen Ridge Labs retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable code, designs, and other proprietary materials. These materials may not be copied, extracted, reverse-engineered, or used outside the scope of your agreement without our permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any content or materials you submit to us.
5. Prohibited Uses of Client Services
You may not use our website development, software development, hosting, maintenance, or other services to:
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software.
- Conduct phishing, scams, fraud, or other deceptive activities.
- Host illegal content or facilitate illegal activities.
- Send unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or other communications.
- Operate services or conduct activities that threaten the security, privacy, or rights of others.
6. Enforcement and Consequences
Aspen Ridge Labs may take action when we determine that a user has violated this Policy. The response will depend on the nature, severity, and frequency of the violation.
Minor violations may result in a warning and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious or major violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to our websites, platforms, software, or services without prior notice.
Repeated violations may result in escalating consequences, including suspension or termination of access.
We may remove, restrict, or disable access to content that violates this Policy. If an account is suspended, we may restrict access to, preserve, or remove associated data depending on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements. Data recovery is not guaranteed.
